Our Land Division specializes in the disposition or acquisition of raw land.

Whether the client’s goal is to sell their property or to acquire property for development or investment / speculation purposes, we approach each assignment with a very systematic and well-organized process from the initial market research, comparable analysis and recommendations.

One of the biggest strengths of our Land Division is the specialization of our associates. We have carefully divided each major land market into smaller submarkets and then assigned at least one land broker specialist to each area. That individual has the responsibility to specialize in that particular submarket and know everything that is “happening”. That includes attending city council meetings, planning, and zoning meetings, maintaining up-to-date property owner inventories and constantly surveying recent market sales activities. As a result, our land brokers offer unmatched specific geographic and property knowledge. In addition to these submarket specialists, we also have brokers who deal strictly with the user side of the market.
